The 3^rd ETSBC 2026 is a CME-accredited symposium dedicated to advancing clinical decision-making in hormone receptor-positive breast cancer. This year’s program focuses on key decision points in endocrine-sensitive disease, including optimization of second-line treatment, risk-adapted strategies in early HR+/HER2– breast cancer, and the emerging role of ctDNA in guiding personalized therapeutic decisions.

Through keynote lectures, expert panel discussions, and case-based debates, leading international specialists will address critical challenges in treatment sequencing, the balance between chemotherapy and endocrine therapy, and strategies for managing late recurrence.

The symposium aims to provide practical, evidence-based insights to support individualized treatment decisions in an increasingly complex therapeutic landscape.
