What will be the future role of dexa and other substances under investigation (colchicine)?

As mentioned in the Webinar, Dexamethason is clearly standard of care now. For other drugs such as colchicine well-performed randomized controlled trials are needed to clarify their role as COVID-treatment.

What is the evidence for immunemodulators (actemra(R), PD-1 blocker?), and when (time point) to use them?

There is growing evidence that tocilizumab (Actemra^®) is of added benefit in patients with a clinical deterioration while being on corticosteroids (and remdesivir).

Where is the place for Remdesivir in the treatment strategy (only early on?)? and is there robust evidence for vitamin-supplementation?

Evidence suggests that patients with pneumonia due to COVID-19 requiring oxygen on the normal ward benefit from remdesivir treatment for five days, in particular in patients with short treatment duration < 10 days). To my knowledge, there is no evidence that patients benefit from vitamin-supplemental.

There is no official recommendation how to treat such cases. Based in cases series and reports, some patients may benefit from convalescent plasma with high neutralizing antibody titer.
